What will I get?
For a registered owner request, you will receive an email with the Land Registry excerpt. For a cadastral owner request, you will receive an email with the cadastral owners' details.
How long will it take to receive it?
A maximum of three working days for a registered owner request. For a cadastral owner request, you will receive it immediately.
If the Land Registry excerpt is denied for any reason, will you refund my money?
Of course, we refund the full amount. We have had a 99% success rate so far, so that is very unlikely.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment by card, PayPal, and bank transfer, always securely.
What if I need an invoice?
You will be able to generate the invoice from your user menu. You will also have a list of all your invoices to download at any time.
