Introduction

If you are a company or self-employed, you can use Goolzoom completely free for one year and for several users. Goolzoom is a digitalising agent for the Kit Digital programme, in the Business Intelligence and Analytics category. The Spanish Government subsidises the cost with funds from the Next Generation EU programme.


How much funding is available?

It depends on the size of your company:

VAT is not subsidised, so you must pay it through Goolzoom first; you can then deduct it, making the plan free for you.


What are the requirements?

  • Be a company, microenterprise, or self-employed professional.
  • Be up to date with tax and Social Security payments.
  • Not fall under any of the prohibitions set out in the General Subsidies Act, or exceed the €200,000 aid limit.
  • Take a very simple digital diagnostic test of about 10 minutes.

When can you apply?

You can apply now, but hurry, as grants are awarded until the funds run out. Once your Kit Digital voucher is approved, you have six months to use it.


What should you do?

  1. If you don't have a Goolzoom user account, first sign up.
  2. Verify your billing information in the Billing menu.
  3. Register your company in the Acelera Pyme programme and request your Kit Digital voucher for companies with 10-49 employees, microenterprises with 3-9 employees, or self-employed professionals and companies with 1-2 employees.
  4. When you receive the voucher, contact us to sign a new agreement.
  5. Once the agreement has been made, you will be able to sign up for a Goolzoom plan paying only the VAT, which you will then be able to deduct. An invoice will be sent to you indicating the subsidized amount.
